What you see when you first walk in
The front door
You can't notice it from far away, but its a little off of its frame due to the foundation moving. we will need to go and grab a weather strip to put here

The first bedroom on the first floor was in the worst condition, the molding paint was chipping in a few spots

the 3rd floor guest bedroom bathroom, theres a space between the carpet and the tile but I dont think its a big deal.

these are the cracks I was talking about in the molding. the guy said you just fill them with cauking and paint them and they will be fine.
